How To Use A Printer

 

Printers are one of the easiest devices to set up and configure. With some printers, you can set up your printer by simply connecting the printer to your PC and a power supply. Other printers require a few more steps.

Material :

·         A printer.

·         Some papers.

·         A laptop or computer.

Steps  :

1.       First, plug in the power cable of the printer and turn it on.

2.       Second, go to your laptop/computer and find the “printer setting”.

3.       Third, click “Add a printer” and follow the further instructions that appear.

4.       Finally, it is ready to use.

Steps Clearly Explain :

·         Most printers, like computers, can now be left on all the time. The printer automatically slips into a low-power sleep mode when it’s no longer needed. However, if you don’t print often (at least every day), it’s perfectly fine to turn off your printer.
